La presente investigación tiene la finalidad de establecer los principales razonamientos o criterios en los que se basa la gerencia de la empresa alpina, mediante la recolección de datos históricos y los efectos obtenidos en el trascurso del tiempo. Además busca determinar los conceptos en los que se basa la gerencia moderna de las organización para el funcionamiento y logro de los objetivos de la entidad y así analizar de manera crítica y constructiva los aciertos y desfases que recaen en la entidad objeto de estudio, permitiendo generar conclusiones y aportes que afecten positívateme a la compañía y generen nuevas ideas en la temática de gerencia. En general, Con este trabajo se pretende por medio de un proceso investigativo y analítico, dar a conocer de manera critica los conceptos, aspectos y características de la empresa Alpina, que permitan determinar sus afectaciones y a si mismo brindar ideas orientadoras para el futuro de la entidad
Resumen en ingles
The present investigation has the purpose of establishing the main reasoning or criteria on which the management of the Alpine company is based, through the collection of historical data and the effects obtained over time. It also seeks to determine the concepts on which the modern management of the organization is based for the operation and achievement of the objectives of the entity and thus critically and constructively analyze the successes and gaps that fall on the entity under study, allowing to generate conclusions and contributions that positively affect the company and generate new ideas on the subject of management. In general, with this work it is intended, through an investigative and analytical process, to make known in a critical way the concepts, aspects and characteristics of the Alpina company, which allow determining its affectations and itself provide guiding ideas for the future of the company. entity
