dc.description.abstractResumen de la propuesta:  Objetivo: Diagnosticar la percepción de la cultura de seguridad del paciente del personal del Hospital San José de Tuquerres Nariño.  Tipo de estudio y Metodología: El enfoque de este estudio es descriptivo cualitativo en el Hospital San José de Tuquerres. Se aplicó el cuestionario de seguridad del paciente la versión Española de Hospital Survery on Patient Safety, Agenciy for Health Care Research and Quality (AHRQ) y la evaluación de conocimientos.  Resultado: Se documentó el programa de seguridad del paciente del Hospital San José de Tuquerres, con base en el modelo de gestión de seguridad por el ministro de salud y protección social.  Conclusión: con este estudio pretendemos reconocer la precepción de seguridad del paciente y los conocimientos que tiene el personal de la institución y así poder plantear un plan de mejoramiento para aumentar la calidad de seguridad del paciente.  Palabras claves: percepción, calidad de atención, seguridad del paciente, conocimiento de seguridad del paciente. spa
dc.description.abstractSummary of the proposal: Objective: Diagnose the perception of the patient safety culture of the staff of the San José de Tuquerres Nariño Hospital. Type of study and Methodology: The focus of this study is qualitative descriptive in the Hospital San José de Tuquerres. The patient safety questionnaire, the Spanish version of the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety, Agency for Health Care Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the knowledge assessment were applied. Result: The patient safety program of the San José de Tuquerres Hospital was documented, based on the safety management model by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. Conclusion: with this study we intend to recognize the perception of patient safety and the knowledge that the institution's staff have and thus be able to propose an improvement plan to increase the quality of patient safety.
