dc.description.abstractSegún lo reportado en el documento “Evaluación y verificación del seguimiento al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes”, emitido a partir de la auditoría interna realizada por la Oficina de control interno en 2021, se evidenció que entre 2011 y 2014 fue el periodo en el que más se registraron ingresos al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes (SRPA) por la comisión de delitos, mencionando un promedio cercano a 29.400 adolescentes por año En el presente trabajo se presenta la importancia de comprender la relación entre el contexto familiar y el accionar delictivo en adolescentes entre 14 y 17 años privados de la libertad, en el Centro de Atención Especializado (CAE) de Villavicencio. Lo anterior con el fin de analizar la forma en la que el contexto familiar y las interacciones dentro de este sistema puede incidir en la decisión del adolescente, que posteriormente le lleva a estar inmerso en la comisión del delito, algo que permitirá trabajar de manera preventiva tanto con otros jóvenes como con las familias de los mismos, buscando evitar el ingreso en la vida delictiva de otros adolescentes.spa
dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the importance of understanding the relationship between the family context and criminal behavior in adolescents between 14 and 17 years old deprived of liberty, in the Specialized Care Center (CAE) of Villavicencio. The process was carried out through the articulation of the proposed objectives that allowed us to have the necessary information for its construction, following the suggestions and support of the advisors, taking into account the pedagogical and restorative process through which adolescents deprived of liberty go through. The foregoing in order to analyze the way in which the family context and the interactions within this system can influence the adolescent's decision that later leads him to be immersed in the commission of the crime, something that will allow preventive work both with other young people as well as with their families seeking to avoid the entry into the criminal life of other adolescents.eng
